Letztes Jahr\u00a0backte ich ein Schoggoladen-Kuchen mit ganzen Birnen und diesmal wollte ich\u00a0was mit Bl\u00e4tterteig und Birnen\u00a0ausprobieren.\u00a0Da das neue Betty Bossi Heft raus kam, habe ich mich vom Rezept Chaussons aux pommes\u00a0inspirieren lassen.
