Diese sind unter anderem gef\u00fcllt mit Zwetschgen oder Pflaumen. Kennt ihr den Unterschied? Ich wusste ihn lange nicht oder habe die 2 Sorten immer verwechselt. Pflaumen sind rund und s\u00fcsser und Zwetschgen sind oval und s\u00e4uerlicher. <br>Was mache ich\/wir damit? Pur essen, ins M\u00fcesli, Konfi, W\u00e4hen oder eben diese Galette. <br>Habe dieses Mal einen fertigen Teig genommen. Gebe es ehrlich zu, wenn es Mal schnell gehen muss, dann greife ich gerne zu Fertigteigen. Ob Bl\u00e4tterteig, M\u00fcrbeteig oder Kuchenteig die schon in 2 oder 3 B\u00f6den zu recht geschnitten sind.  <br>Hier ist die Kombi von den sauren Zwetschgen, s\u00fcssem Teig und dem Rahm einfach perfekt. Doch probiert es selbst aus.
